The property's office is open between 10:00 and 12:00 from Mondays to Fridays.

Check-in outside the normal office hours (or at weekends) can of course be organised but needed to be arranged individually with the accommodation.

On check-in, each guest will receive a mobile phone number to contact the property in case of emergencies.

For security reasons, the credit card used for booking must be provided at check-in.

The property has a lift, but not all apartments are wheelchair accessible.
